INITIAL CONTACT
Each service call begins with a brief phone consultation where we will set up the appointment and collect as much information about the appliance malfunction as possible, including the make and model number of the appliance. This gives us a head-start on the diagnosis and allows us to minimize our disruption to your schedule during the service call.
DIAGNOSIS
Our diagnosis begins by questioning the customer about the symptoms and circumstances of the malfunction, and moves on to a physical evaluation of the appliance. Once the source of the malfunction is determined we present the customer with an all-inclusive quote for the repair (see more about our pricing here).
REPAIR
Upon approval of the quote by the customer, the repair is performed. If necessary we may need to order a part. Before leaving a test of the machine is performed to ensure the repair was successful. All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days, parts and labor.
